Play Date

Wells has been so bored cooped up in this house all winter. He doesn't have any friends his age in the neighborhood and he doesn't like going out in the cold alone. Preschool is the highlight of his week. So I arranged a little play date for him and two of the boys from preschool. They played with the toys downstairs, ate snacks UNDER the table, I read them stories, and best of all they wrestled!!! I think we are going to try to do this weekly. It was so good for Wells.

Should I Worry?

Should I worry that our cat has reached an all new high of FATNESS? As a pet owner should I do something about it? He weighs in at 17 pounds!!! That's almost as much as Chandler. If you look closely at the picture of him in the window his stomach bulges over his feet.
I actually think he's depressed over the fact he's so fat. All he does is sleep all the time.

Chubby check up

6 months

Chandler turned 6 months yesterday. I can't believe how fast time goes by. He is such a sweet baby. He is pretty quiet and content. He is quick to smile and laugh when you tickle him. He gives the BEST hugs! He will bury his face in my neck and squeeze my shoulders so tight. I love it! He goes to bed at 6:00 and wakes up one to two time to eat and sleeps till 6 or 7. He is such a joy to all of us!

Arts and crafts

A bought these little pipe cleaners for Wells and just let him be creative with them and boy has he had fun over the last two days. He has played with them non stop. He's put them in the strainer holes and dunked them in the water over and over again. I even got in on the fun. It's kind of refreshing to use my creative side every one in a while.

Well it's that time of year again... Family pictures.  It's a good thing I have an amazing, talented friend who takes such beautiful pictures of our ugly mugs.  She makes us look goooood! (said with attitude).
